Standard License Agreement

This is a sample license agreement for demonstration purposes.

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Licensor grants to Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software.

2. Restrictions

Licensee shall not: (a) copy the Software; (b) modify, translate, adapt, or otherwise create derivative works or improvements of the Software; (c) reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, decode, or otherwise attempt to derive or gain access to the source code of the Software; (d) remove, delete, alter, or obscure any trademarks or proprietary notices from the Software; or (e) use the Software in any manner or for any purpose that infringes, misappropriates, or otherwise violates any intellectual property right or other right of any person, or that violates any applicable law.
